Richard’s story
In 1980, Richard bought his first home for himself for $29,000. A charming terrace house in Mary Street, Richmond. At the time, he was considered mad for buying a rundown property at such a price.
This was Richard’s foray into the property world. After renovating the house himself, Richard sold this property a few years later for $110,000. This experience formed the basis of Richard’s love of real estate. It served as his first real world experience on how to make the most out of property and how to see value where others can’t. Following this, Richard bought a real estate franchise business in 1986, and then after opened his own office under his own name.
36 years on, Richard has bought and sold nearly 1000 properties Australia wide for satisfied clients.
Today, Richard is one of the most respected real estate agents in Australia, operating as a consultant, free from any outside commercial interests. The experience and contacts Richard has gained over his journey are invaluable to prospective buyers and sellers.
Put the client ahead of all else.
